Tobias Krenn, the founder and CEO of AX Capital Management, has announced his resignation from the company after 2.5 years at the helm. Krenn has decided to step down in order to focus his attention on his new startup NeadIn Capital. Krenn has sold 60% from his 80% Ownership stake.
"Building and growing this company has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. It has been an incredible journey to see our team come together and create something truly special. I feel incredibly proud of what we have achieved, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to lead such a talented group of individuals.
The trust and support we have received from our investors has been an essential factor in our success. Their confidence in our vision has allowed us to push forward, take risks, and innovate. I am grateful for the trust they have placed in me and my team. With my 20% ownership stake in the comapany, I am pleased to confirm that I will remain a member of the Board of Directors. I am commited to contributing to the company's growth and sucess, as it always has been my passion to drive this business to drive this business forward since I founded it.
My involvement in the company extends far beyond my financial investment, and I look forward to working alongside my fellow Board members to guide the company towards even greater achievements. I'm confident that with our collective experience and expertise, we can countiue to make strategic decisions that will lead to sustained growth and profitability for our comapny and our capital partners.
Although I am stepping down from my position as CEO, I want to assure everyone that I will remain with the company and continue to support it in any way I can. I believe in the team we have built, and I know that they will continue to achieve great things.
Moving forward, I will be dedicating my time and energy to my new venture. While it is bittersweet to leave behind this company and the team I have grown to love, I am excited to see where this new journey will take me."
